About the Doctors
Dr. Elvira Galperin and Dr. Stanley Sotnikov have been together in private practice for over ten years. They received their Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996. 
Both of our dentists stay current with the latest advancements in cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry by regularly attending continuing education seminars and study club meetings, as well as subscribing to numerous dental journals.
Dr. Sotnikov has completed advanced training in implant dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry and the Georgia Dental Association. Dr. Galperin has received advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and endodontics. She is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Galperin is pleased to have recently teamed with an esthetician to offer dental spa treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, facials, and other skin and facial rejuvenation treatments.
Because our family and cosmetic dentists are continually updating their skills through continuing education programs, we are able to offer our patients all the treatments they could possibly need in a single office. Patients do not have to travel all over town to visit other specialists!
Drs. Galperin and Sotnikov have a son, Max, with whom they enjoy hiking, biking, and boating. Together, they are proud to live in and serve the Alpharetta community.
About the Staff
Dr. Elvira Galperin and Dr. Stanley Sotnikov believe that, in order to provide the highest level of service, they must have a staff that is not only professionally skilled but also truly interested in the well-being of their patients. Our family and cosmetic dentists feel very fortunate to have attracted such a quality staff. Many have been with Dr. Galperin and Dr. Sotnikov for years and contribute significantly to the friendly, family atmosphere at Northbridge Dental.
Esmirna Interiano - Front Desk Coordinator
Esmirna has worked in the dental profession for over five years - with three of those years spent at Northbridge Dental. She handles our front desk responsibilities, which include coordinating patient information, insurance and medical history forms. When she's not at work, Esmirna loves spending time with her family.
Cynthia Hartridge - Office Manager 
Cynthia has over 10 years of experience as a dental assistant. She graduated from Nassau Community College in May 2002 with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts. She has been at Northbridge Dental for the past five years. Her favorite part of the job is becoming acquainted with new patients and reassuring them that we will help in any way possible. Cynthia strives to make patients comfortable with regard to financial matters and insurance benefits. She enjoys seeing the before-and-after transformation of patients. In her spare time, Cynthia likes to exercise, read, paint, sing at church, coach a Bible quiz team, and spend time with her family.
Vlada Zelikova - Dental Hygienist
Vlada spent five years of her career as a dental assistant before graduating from Georgia Perimeter College in 2001. She's worked with our family and cosmetic dentists at Northbridge Dental for seven years, where she provides patients with a high standard of care. She promotes preventative treatments to keep patients healthy and free from oral disease, periodontal disease, and tooth decay. At home, Vlada enjoys sports, cooking, and spending time with her young son.
Tanya Miroshnichenko - Dental Assistant
Northbridge Dental welcomed Tanya to the team one year ago. She graduated from Georgia Medical Institute in 2004 and spent five years at another dental practice. She enjoys meeting new patients, helping them feel comfortable in the office, and encouraging them to return.
Reliza Perez - Dental Assistant
Reliza has been with the Northbridge Dental team for a little over a year. She comes to us with plenty of experience in the field and looks forward to meeting our patients. Some of her responsibilities include taking x-rays and using the Dentrix system. In her free time, she likes to cross-stitch, solve Sodoku puzzles, watch her children play basketball, garden, and travel.
Technology
Northbridge Dental is committed to staying on the cutting-edge of dental technology. Our family and cosmetic dentists in Alpharetta and Roswell utilize cosmetic digital imaging so that patients can see projections of what their results will look like after receiving dental implants, porcelain veneers, dental crowns, and other treatments. We also use CAESY videos to help patients learn more about possible treatment options and to watch visualizations of the steps that are involved in each procedure. The intra-oral camera, another valuable tool at our practice, is used to capture images of the inside of the patient's mouth. These digital images are transferred to a computer monitor and can be magnified up to 40 times. This device helps give patients a better understanding of the health of their teeth and gums.
We also use The Wand®, a high-tech device that administers local anesthetic to the teeth and gums so that treatment is virtually pain-free. Unlike traditional needles that were used to deliver local anesthetic in the past, The Wand® administers a tiny drop of anesthetic before the needle reaches the gums so that patients do not feel a pinprick sensation.
Amenities
Our family and cosmetic dentists believe that receiving dental care should be a pleasant and comfortable experience for patients. Therefore, we provide several amenities to help patients feel at home. Patients can enjoy their favorite television program while treatment is being performed or they can listen to soothing music on our stereo system. We also offer nitrous oxide for nervous patients or for those who are undergoing more complex procedures. Nitrous oxide induces a state of deep relaxation so that patients experience no discomfort during treatment.
